Philadelphia Cream Cheese Giveaway(closed)
Regular readers know I appreciate General Mills, Kraft, and Betty Crocker. Well twitter got me hooked up with Lovemyphilly.com and guess what, I was invited to be a tester for an awesome pasta and chicken recipe. Imagine how excited I was! This was my first invite. You can read all about my first testing experience over at Are you hungry? Anyway, to thank me for participating they sent me a cookbook and coupons for free Philadelphia Cream Cheese. WOW how cool is that, I get to cook, give my opinion, and get free stuff. The cookbook has almost every cheesecake recipe know. You can find many of those recipes over at lovemyphilly.com.

I had so much fun doing this whole tester thing I did some reading on the brand. Their new ad campaign “spread a little” has a catchy song attached to it and I just love it. Have you seen their commercials? They are all about Pheeling; that is feeling and Philly combined! SO, I’ve decided to Spread a Little Philly love too!

I’ll bet it was switching from the penne to the rotini that caused the juices to get absorbed too much. Lots of crevices in that pasta to fill! Sounds delish – I’m a big fan of Philly cream cheese myself – it’s the BEST – so count me in!!

Congratulations on your first tester invite, very exciting. Love the recipe and like how you have added your changes. I like Philly cheese and find it handy for making some really nice dips. That Philly chocolate cheesecake looks particularly yummy.
