Has it been fifty years already? Pampers is celebration the big 50th. I really should not be surprised, I mean after all I celebrated mine last year. Celebrated may not be the proper description, perhaps accepted is more appropriate… what I can say. Nevertheless pampers is obviously a great brand. In fact, Pampers brand were the only disposable diaper my first son was able to wear. Pampers is celebrating the big 50 with a “pay if forward” style family mission – Little Miracle Missions.

Pampers Kicks Off Little Miracle Mission:

“Pampers honors these 50 years of parenting by unveiling its Little Miracle Missions program, which seeks to celebrate, support and protect babies everywhere through acts of kindness to little miracles (babies) and their families, while encouraging parents to “pay it forward” and support others. On Monday, Pampers and Graham’s Foundation (an organization that provides care packages that offer both practical and emotional support for the parents of micro-preemies) began donating more than 30,000 care packages to families with babies in level-three Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) across the country, for the care of premature or ill newborn babies. Yesterday, Pampers continued the celebration by collaborating with a variety of celebrity parents who have their own personal miracle stories. Actors Joey Lawrence and Mark Consuelos, alongside actresses Ali Larter and LaLa Anthony delivered the care packages to The Mount Sinai Hospital’sNeonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in New York City.”

As part of the Little Miracle Missions program, Pampers is asking consumers to pay it forward by visiting the brand’s Facebook page to participate in the first Little Miracle Mission by congratulating and offering support to an expectant mother with a gift or surprise to remind her that it’s her special day. Once a consumer has achieved this mission via the Facebook platform, Pampers will respond by giving baby showers to expectant mothers nationwide.Throughout the entire year Pampers will issue different missions, and with the help of parents, family and friends, they hope to touch the lives of babies everywhere who are born in the next year. Visiting Pampers on facebook, what other volunteer work is that easy?
